Return Policy

Orders are eligible for exchange or refund in the form of a City Workshop eGift Card.

You may return an item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund in the form of a City Workshop eGift Card. Returned items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, free of any stains, odors, perfume, deodorant or defects and with all packaging and tags still intact and attached.  All footwear must have been unworn and in their non damaged original shoe box packaging with all tags attached. Shoe boxes have to be shipped inside an appropriate box to prevent damage to the shoes and original box.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly recommended that all return packages are sent with proof of delivery and insurance. Exchange or City Workshop eGift Cards will not be issued for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. 

Undergarments, Socks, Hats, Belts, Gloves, Apothecary, Accessories, Candles, Sunglasses, Jewelry, Watches, Books and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. These are FINAL SALE.

Sale items located in "Adios Amigos" are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. These are FINAL SALE.
