How do you Ship?           

FREE SHIPPING for domestic orders OVER $275 via UPS or USPS.  Under $275 is a flat rate of $11.95. Your order will ship within 1-3 business days.

              
Do you ship international orders? 

No, except Canada. We don't currently ship internationally. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $35.

NOTICE: Please be aware of your country's Import Taxes, Duties and Fee's as these may be added to your shipment by Customs or the delivery carrier prior to or after receiving your package. We are not responsible for these added charges or any Customs delays.

How do I take care of my denim?                                                                 

To wash your jeans, turn them inside-out and hand rinse in cold water or wash in delicate cycle of washing machine with very small amount of mild detergent. No fabric softener should be used, then turn them back and hang to dry.

DO NOT dry in dryer.

What is your return policy? 

Return Policy for Online Orders

Online orders are eligible for exchange or refund in the form of a City Workshop eGift Card.

You may return an item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund in the form of a City Workshop eGift Card. Returned items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, free of any stains, odors, perfume, deodorant or defects and with all packaging and tags still intact and attached. All footwear must have been unworn and in their non damaged original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly recommended that all return packages are sent with proof of delivery and insurance. Exchange or City Workshop eGift Cards will not be issued for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. 

Undergarments, Socks, Hats, Apothecary, Candles, Face Mask, Books and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. These are FINAL SALE.

Sale items located in "Adios Amigos" are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. These are FINAL SALE.

What are my options for any damaged item?
