About the Role City Workshop Men's Supply Co. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service, guiding clients through our curated selection of premium denim, heritage outerwear, and accessories
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Execute merchandising standards to ensure the floor is visually compelling and on-brand at all times
• Process and support domestic and international order shipping and handling, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Support day-to-day store operations and maintain a clean, organized environment
• Stay knowledgeable about our product assortment to make confident, informed recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Experience with Shopify POS preferred
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar social media content creation tools is a plus
• Appreciation for quality craftsmanship and heritage brands is a plus
