UES started in Japan in 1967 as a baby clothing manufacturer. Over the decades, they've evolved into a denim and workwear brand for all generations. In 1997, they opened their first flagship store in Kobe with one simple mission: to create clothing that people wear with love, until the very end.
They use traditional looms, vintage machines, and time-honored sewing techniques to create clothing that's both durable and soulful. Their fabrics are made with rare cottons and dyed using old-world methods that embrace natural fading as a feature—not a flaw.
