A New Medium - Sashiko Panama Shirt

A new silhouette for ANM spring '26 is our take on a classic vacation shirt fittingly titled the "Panama" shirt. Classic elements such as the convertible collar, boxy fit, and straight hem are all details you can expect from an easy wearing piece of this nature. Construction details were not overlooked for this otherwise simple shirt either. Double needle felled seams, split hem, and corozo buttons are all details that elevate a piece like this into something noticeably special. 

The main standout for this shirt is going to be the fabric. Cut from a 8.5oz Kasuri Sashiko from Japan, the indigo dyed yarns will age beautifully revealing texture depth that becomes more prominent with time. The natural corozo buttons are also expected to patina as they absorb indigo as well as oils from your hands creating the unique potential for a shirt that will age and evolve in multiple ways.
