America in the 1940s. Jeans around this time focused on supplies used in
World War II, so there was no choice but to thoroughly limit the parts that were considered useless and simplify each part. In addition, veteran seamstresses were recruited to make military uniforms, and jeans were still made by less skilled seamstresses. D'Artisan reproduces the clumsy stitching and simplified details based on the historical background of the 1940s, and expresses the atmosphere of the time with a dull blue discoloration that looks like it has been oxidized.
