Once the T's are assembled they are butter washed, a process that was first invented for flannel shirts, which softens the cotton fibers and prevents the deep colors from fading. Finally, our heavyweight T's are sanforized which is a preshrinking process to ensure that when you buy this shirt, it fits you for years to come.
